Summary of Role :
Interface between plant and sales office (LBP) for Tier 1 KOB3 orders.
Manage KOB3 projects, optimize the working procedures, speed up the order execution.
Take responsibility for the clients’ satisfaction.
Accountable for :
Timely and comprehensive updates to clients and sales office (LBP).
Excellently coordinate the projects' arrangement to optimize the order lead time.
Primary Responsibilities :
Customer Service Management :
Order entry management;
Updates to clients and sales office about the order delivery process;
Orders tracking to orders delivery completely.
Customer Order Management :
Liaise with manufacturing plants;
Deliver your project progress to clients;
Participate in the regional meeting about lead time;
Solve the certain problems in the process of order fulfilment;
Order execution based on the procedure policies.
Leadership and People Management :
Direct, motivate, and manage the CoE team to provide best in class performance and achieve KPIs and business targets;
Meet with team members regularly to review individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, and other developmental, training and career progression plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team;
Use effective management and communication tools to create a positive working environment within the CoE.
Bachelor’s degree or above with business or other related fields;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management and 2-year in customer service;
Strong customer support skills; excellent verbal and written communication in English;
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
Proficient in a variety of software programs including customer relationship management and ERP software;
Ability to comprehend technical specifications.
Capable of projects coordination excellently;
Ensure Accountability (Managing & Measuring work);
