职位概要 Job Summary

通过在销售 技术 工艺 质量 计划 采购 各车间 仓储物流等各部门进行轮岗实习 了解公司生产运作流程 完成公司对岗位要求的考核 在为期2年的实习期满后结合个人表现及意愿定岗

Management trainee will have rotation in the Sales, Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, Procurement, Workshops as well as Warehouse & Logistics departments to get familiar with the company business workflow and achieve the requirements.

Final working position will be determined according to the overall performance and personal willing after 2 years internship period.

工作职责 Job Responsibilities

1.掌握公司产品的所有生产流程 工艺方法 质量标准及生产周期

To master the knowledge of production workflow, machining process, quality standards as well as production cycle for all products.

2.协助部门主管进行日常管理 并组织开展部门安全 5S等管理活动 同时开展内部各类自主培训活动

To assist department supervisor to manage daily activity and organize different kinds of training. Such as HSE, 5S etc.

3.执行部门下达的各项任务 并确保按时完成

Take the initiative to implement all tasks and complete on time.

4.协助部门制定标准和贯彻执行 提升公司系统化的管理模式并持续改善

To assist establishing and implement the standards work instruction, to improve the Systematic management mode and CIP.

5.对车间的在制品 辅料 设备资产等进行管理 确保车间各类物资的安全及帐实一致

Be responsible to manage the assets in workshop such as manufactured products, materials and equipment, to make sure the safety of assets and keep in line with books.

6.建立成本意识 通过各种合理方法减少浪费 提升效率 开展降本改善活动

Built cost consciousness, reduce cost and improve efficiency and reduce waste, as well as to conduct cost reduction activity in department.

职位需求与任职条件 Job Requirements and Qualifications


Bachelor or above, major in mechanical, electric engineering or industrial engineering.

2.年龄32岁以下 具备基本的精益理念和持续改善知识

Age not above 32 years old. Equipped with basic knowledge of lean concept and CIP.

3.责任心强 具备良好沟通能力 抗压能力和执行力 对韶瑞重工企业文化认同度高

Strong sense of responsibility, good in communication as well as have capability to anti-pressure and execution. Highly recognized with the corporate culture of SRH.


Equipped with quick-to- learn and analytical abilities.


Passed CET4 or CET6 will be a plus.
