Job Description : Essential Functions of the job : Sales Management tools Territory allocation tools Target Setting Tools Hospital listing Tracking Tools ad-hoc application supports Develop sales incentive plan and in charge of incentive calculation Sales related Data Analysis City and hospital targeting & sales team deployment Identify poor performance territory through sales performance data analysis & tracking (IMS & internal) Sales Report Sales / KA Team Communication Communicate KA incentive plan with KA team and make sure the incentive plan is fully understood Actively communicate with sales / KA team in terms of sales / KA performance issues and suggest good practice to improve sales / KA effectiveness Qualification Required : Responsible for SFE process, database optimization, Sales monthly report, hospital listing, Territory allocation / Target Setting, DDI report template maintenance Follow Us on MoSeeker!
