  • Driving channel sales goals and objectives through the implementation and monitoring of the Company's sales & marketing strategy
  • 月末和季度末以及年末经销商管理考核及评估
  • Monthly Quarterly and Yearly distributor scorecard review and evaluation
  • 推动销售团队执行经销商标准工作
  • Help sales team to implement CP’s Standard Work review
  • 负责渠道合作伙伴筛选流程 并与法务和商务团队密切合作
  • Take charge of Channel Partner screening process and work closely with Legal & Commercial team.

  • 负责渠道合作伙伴文件 如经销商协议和授权
  • Be responsible for Channel Partner documents like distributor agreement and authorization
  • 负责整合培训资源 为经销商提供必要的培训
  • Find resources to provide training for Channel Partner.

  • 留意并汇报经销商运营中出现的问题 向经销商提供商业管理咨询意见
  • Identifying and reporting Channel Partners operating issues and providing business management consulting to CPs

  • 经常拜访经销商 确保能够向经销商清晰地沟通公司政策和商业要求
  • Visiting Channel Partner regularly to ensure that company policy and business requirements is clearly communicated with CPs

  • 经销商自助下单平台的培训 维护以及管理
  • Be responsible for Distributor Portal’s maintenance management and training.

  • 协调市场 运营和风险管理部门 确保经销商对公司产品和服务达到最高满意度并且同时能够维持高水准的经销商风险管理能力
  • Coordinating with Marketing, Operation and Risk Management to ensure highest dealer satisfaction on company products & services whilst still maintain high level of risk management capability on dealership

  • 与经销商建立良好关系以支持未来业务发展
  • Building relationships with Channel Partner to support future business growth
