    Role

  • Develop strategies and execute tactical campaigns which drive redemption sales and help clients balance the cost of a point and / or their budget.
  • Respond to issuer and merchants RFPs - Present and pitch to new clients our capabilities and create redemption programs which meet client needs (this may be modular or part of a full end to end loyalty solution).
  • Become the expert on best practice loyalty and continue to seek out new methods, business models, marketing tactics and technologies to keep at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage any strategic local partner and fulfillment relationships including ensuring they are providing ongoing value and meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Make continual recommendations to the business model, ensuring it is relevant and responsive to the Greater China marketplace.
  • Achievement of budget & program KPI’s / goals including driving sales and managing margins.
  • All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Extensive experience in rewards industry
  • Good negotiation skills
  • High energy level and goal oriented
  • Proven project management skills and attention to detail
