Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell is at the forefront of customer engagement.

Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes.

Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-

changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidate must be a product expert on client solution and has good experience with global or large enterprise customers
  • Develop client solution strategy for global account, including product positioning, bidding strategy, and competitive strategy
  • Work closely with sales team to support account activity. Track large and medium bid and give professional advice to sales team on product strategy
  • Leverage resources and collaborate with sales team to drive revenue and margin of client solution
  • Work closely with product management team to develop product plan and program to drive sales
  • Coordinate resources to drive client solution market share
  • Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years product or sales related working experience. Previous experience with global or large account is a plus
  • Strong product knowledge and communication skill.
  • Strong data analysis skill
  • Strong capability of driving for result
