Assist department manager to make head count plan of all department in Suzhou Site with business plan and business strategy.
Organize employee communication program to contribute to employee engagement score.
Be responsible for fist-line people development program-Eagle program design and delivery.
Improve performance management skills for people managers and follow up with people discipline management and people case investigation.
Enhance HR communication and improve employer branding and image.
Be responsible for site culture promotion and recognition process based on site development stategy.
Be responsible for organization update and maintenance to meet GMP audit requirement.
Finish other task that line manager assigned based on business needs.
Ensure meet company and local law regulation requirement. Follow EHS policy and regulation in company and finish related tasks of EHS.
Basic Qualifications :
Education / Experience requirement : Bachler degree and above major in Human Resource Management Psychotherapy,etc.
Knowledge : Excellent Oral and written skills in English ; With better office skills
