Define and drive forward operational, product, and technology strategies for a data-driven, closed-loop performance marketing ecosystem.
Maximize profits by developing and crafting SEM and SEO campaigns.
Drive product and conversion rate optimization through data analysis.
Work closely with performance marketing account operation teams as well as Product, Development, and Business Intelligence.
Track performance and make continuous improvements to operational practice and marketing technology
Reporting to director of Performance Marketing Director and communicate frequently to VP-level stakeholders
Bachelor degree, majors in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or similar preferred
Excellent logical and analytical capabilities; proficient computer skills (especially in Excel, SQL, Charts) would be an advantage
Google Adwords experience of more than 5 years; experience of setting up and managing enterprise scale bid-management technologies, such as DoubleClick Search, Marin Software, etc. would be a plus
Experience and proven ability to work with product management, development, and solution engineer teams from partners such as Google and Facebook
Fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
Experience to draw a prototype image with axuer and use the flowchart tool
Have the knowledge to write PRD, have excellent page management experience on the web side
High-energy with proven record of working in a fast-paced environment, result oriented
pressure resistance, adaptable to a multicultural work environment
