Key Responsibilities :
1.Lead product value proposition and support product reimbursement / hospital listing.
2.Working closely with Sales / Marketing / Strategical Key Account / Government Affairs team to identify key business challenges then to provide appropriate HEMA solution to help addressing access related challenges.
3.Lead and coordinate HEMA project development, design, planning and delivery of HEMA projects to agreed timelines, quality and budget, using appropriate data, analytical expertise, and rigorous methodology.
4.Support Pipeline products HEMA assessment and actively involved in evidence generation plan discussion then prepare HEMA evidence to support launch.
5.Lead and Influence cross functional internal stakeholders and multi-disciplinary matrix functions to incubate collaboration in (but no limit to) internal education, strategic project, etc.
6.Proactively identify, initiate and manage collaborations with external stakeholders and execute environment shaping program.
7.Provide technical review support for team members’ study protocol and appropriate consultant in related field.
8.Completed assigned tasks from team leader.
Education and Experience required
1.Master’s degree (or PhD, MBA) in Health Management, Health Economics, Economic or related scientific discipline, or MD with sub-specialization in Public Health
2.Minimum of 8 years of proven professional experience in Health economics, market access at a pharmaceutical / Medical device company, specialized consultancy, research institute or similar.
3.Thorough understanding of the purpose and need for Health Economics and RWE with a proven track record of successful execution of projects.
4.Operating and interacting in cross-functional environment
5.Experience in medical device and ability to formulate and demonstrate differential product value in related products (is plus)
