    The Manager of Data Management (DM) leads a data management team as a Team Leader to ensure that the data management activities are completed according to agreed standards and timelines and for coordinating ongoing data management to support the flawless conduct of a clinical trial.

    Works on the development and continuous improvement of standards, processes and applications as DM Expert at global level.

  • Leading Data Management team members as a Team Leader to perform data management activities according to the study timeline and ensure standards are followed by data management team members.
  • Support team members including Associate Managers in coordination and communication with clinical study teams; provide consultation to data managers in study decisions.
  • Implements and oversees processes and coordinates activities in conjunction with the study team and Group Leader / Team Leader / TOPM / DM Expert at glaobl and local levels.
  • Proposes solutions for data management issues that arise during the conduct of a study.

  • Works on the development and continuous improvement of standards, processes and applications as DM Expert at global level.
  • Leads / participates in working groups to develop and implement new applications and procedures. Maintains knowledge of current regulations and technologies related to the data management function.

  • Drive the development and implementation of department initiatives.
  • Support management on resource allocation and seek-out synergies for resource optimization
  • What you should have?

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a life science or mathematics-related area (e.g., computer sciencecs) or equivalent experience (at least 8 - 9 years) in clinical data management.
  • Advanced Clinical Data Management System experience and good understanding of database / programming concepts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Deeply understands the clinical development process.
  • Communicates effectively with study teams and departmental associates.
  • Establishes rapport and collaborates with others both inside and outside the company; builds constructive and effective relationships;
  • demonstrates flexibility through effective negotiations, can be direct yet diplomatic.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
