Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Establish category strategies of Creative / Medical Communication and Market Research category to support business growing, de-risking and improvement of service level.
Partnering with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance etc.) to define business pain point and work out actionable solution to meet unmet needs.
As an enabler to bring change and new innovation to leverage needs, identify new business opportunities to drive topline.
Manage supplier performance, build a good relationship with strategic partners and continue to optimize supplier base in align with sourcing strategies.
Leads in sourcing, bidding, price negotiation, contracting for big projects.
Find new way of working in daily operation to enhance process excellence and effectiveness.
Delivery savings and work out continues cost - improvement plan.
Stick to compliance and sourcing policies.
What you’ll bring to the role :
Bachelor required, MBA is preferred. Good command of English, both written and oral.
Minimum 7 years of sourcing experience of marketing category in pharmacy industry.
Knowledge of marketing category is preferred.
Solid experience in sourcing strategy build up, supplier management, stakeholder management, process excellence, etc.
Must have proactive and creative approach to continuously improve sourcing strategy and find out new opportunities to drive innovation.
Capability to lead projects / initiatives that have significant impact upon business cross functionally.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation, influence skills. Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
