Job Description

  • Represents the user requirements on a regional perspective, be the initial spark for the development of enthusing products & solutions
  • Drives the regional business in all aspects regarding sales, price, product mix, promotion and gross margin
  • Design and implement sales and marketing strategy (5 P’s) based on user and channel needs. Ensure to follow a system approach with PT-BU’s where required
  • Active contribution on increasing numeric and weighted distribution (support customer line reviews; listing wins)
  • Gain and provide user- and market insights (UX) to the PA purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions set-up product request sheet
  • Steer the business together with the sales and marketing teams in the countries
  • Execute defined regional solutions in agreement with PuT
  • Provide Input for TBP, CF; define common targets with the country
  • C-budget allocation and management
  • Support logistics topics such as demand planning, overstock
  • Qualifications

  • Master degree & above from top university
  • Up to 5 years working experience in Marketing
  • Highly self-motivated, leadership potential and entrepreneurship
  • Advanced English language skill
  • Mobile (nationally and internationally)
  • Overseas working or study experience is preferred
