MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES External Medical Affairs (Senior) Project Manager is responsible for managing the development and execution of retail pharmacy-areas EMA activities in national wide aligning with EMA function strategies and Pfizer China policies, and to assure the quality of project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Maximize the value of Upjohn products to Chinese patients and medication management professional through medical activities in retail pharmacy.

For those the duties include : Develop and design program and activities in retail pharmacy Analyze and identify opportunity and external customer unmet medical needs to propose project plan include project objective, working timeline, key milestone, budget phasing, resource scheduled and the communication plan with both the internal and external stakeholders related with retail pharmacy.

Organize and implement Retail pharmacy projects in national wide. Alliance with Colleges or institution in the area of healthcare or medication therapy management education trainings to improve retail pharmacist professional capability.

Working with colleagues those are across functions / BUs to deliver the results and contribute to Upjohn business.Timely deliver the project update to all stakeholders.

External sustainable partnership management Keep tracking and well managing the cooperative external partners in long term view.

Well manage the partnership with external resources. The partnerships will focus primarily on areas of practice improvement, quality and capability building in retail pharmacy.

Medical communication in retail pharmacy field Collect, analyze and report timely local pharmacist insights to input on product strategy and message developmentDerive insight and plans to address patient outcomes from the retail perspectiveCollaborate with pharmacist in better understanding unmet needs in patient medication care by facilitating meetings or trainings.

Equip the retail commercial team Medical input to product material and medical education tools preparation and developmentImprove sale team medical ability through organizing face to face or online medical training in relevant therapeutic areas Ensure company's medical compliance Implement medical programs and activities within medical complianceComunicate medical information with complianceEnsure timely SOP learning, and daily practice compliant with SOPs.

Project budget control and management. Make sure the cost of project implementation match to the budget timely. Provide value added opinions for annual External Medical Affairs Strategic Plan and project development.
