Global Business Development Manager(J20253)


Mission : Help generate global sales leads through exploring existing national client list and other partner channels through building close relationship with key contact person


  • Discovers and explores business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • Building awareness of Ctrip corporate branding through building relationship with client regional or global team
  • Accesses sales opportunities and utilizes existing resources to maximize Ctrip corporate team’s global pipeline
  • Manages any customer tender process when required, negotiating where relevant and implementing contractual requirements as per market conditions and customer specifications.
  • Responsible for planning and managing existing client expectations on regional and global market consolidation
  • Responsible to manage, drive, support and co-ordinate all bids
  • Prepares pipeline statistics and reports of both existing and new client, produce ad-hoc reports or analysis when needed
  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to potentially diverse customers
  • Qualification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum five years' experience in corporate sales or account management
  • Experience dealing with senior level executives across the global market
  • Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Requirement

  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Minimum five years' experience in corporate sales or account management
  • Travel and hospitality industry background is preferred
