Senior ER Specialist

Job Description

1. Plan the annual company culture activity construction, improve the innovation of company culture communication, continuously create and optimize the cultural atmosphere that meets the company's requirements, and enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging

2. Deeply understand the company's business forms and employee characteristics, and be able to innovatively plan various online and offline cultural activities and communication mechanisms

3. Handle various crisis events, including but not limited to labor disputes, employee complaints, etc.

4. Build and improve internal communication channels to improve communication at all levels within the company

5. Administrative management experience in a large company is preferred

Requirement 1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years of experience related to employee relations and corporate culture,experience in technology companies is preferred

2. Have a good organizational culture and management philosophy, and have a certain understanding of employee psychology and communication

3. Have the project management ability to organize plan activities, and be good at planning, coordinating resources,can manage risk and have the other project management skills

4. Cheerful and optimistic, with affinity and appeal, good communication coordination organization and planning skills
