Facilities Operations : ? Ensuring that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective, safe and first-classcondition.

  • Developing the budget and managing the financial performance of the project.? Ensuring that contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards.
  • Planning, directing, and monitoring the performance of operations and maintenancepersonnel.? Communicating the operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the site personnelin a continuing effort to build the site team.

  • Build a strong working relationship with clients to resolve problems and / or conflicts andmaintain open communications with the client including regular written and oral reports.
  • Developing and reviewing work processes to ensure that work is being performed in a safeand effective manner.? Recommending solutions and implementing appropriate corrective action to major orcomplex maintenance issues.
  • Assimilating management information and writing reports detailing activities.? Developing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle costassociated with providing a satisfactory environment for the client;
  • establishing specificmaintenance actions and their frequency of performance.? Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards.

    Customer Service / Client Relationships : ? Evaluate service response time and analyze occupants’ service request trends andsuggestions?

    Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and acted to the satisfaction of the enduser.? Pro-actively develop and manage client / business unit relationships ensuring that theexpected service levels are achieved across the region.

  • Lead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction levelReporting : ? Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the region in the development ofmonthly management reports.
  • Assist in the budgeting and Recommit process including reviews with the FMs and SCBRegional Managers as required.? Ensure all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.
  • Leadership / Staff Management : ? Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performanceexcellence across the North team;
  • Act as manager and a coach for the team ensuring high staff morale, trust and work ethics.
