Develop, update and execute Total M&S China digital marketing strategy in alignment with APMO / M&S Global digital roadmap, together with MS China business units and ecommerce team.
Understand digital trend, digital behaviour, and competitor development to fully support for Total MS China digital transformation.
And also ccontribute creative strategy toward best online practices and implementation
Work closely with all our affiliates to propose / plan the digital campaigns and build A&P budget accordingly
Launch and implement cross channel / cross affiliates O2O campaigns, e-commerce campaigns and LBS digital campaigns to support Total products sales growth and brand visibility, so to improve Total brand awareness in key digital ecosystem (Alibaba, JD, Tuhu and etc).
Manage agency and co-operate with TLC / TPS / TFW marketing and sales team to monitor and review the campaign performance to maximize the campaign ROI.
Build return of experience on the digital marketing campaigns and share them with the affiliates / business lines.
Ensure that Group Brand / trademarks guidelines are strictly enforced, co-align ATL brand awareness digital campaign, and co-align retail affiliate on-going offline promotion.
Monitor ,Maintain and strengthen consistent online brad identity through relevant content and tools . Make plans of content topics and coordination with agency and e-commerce third party agency for content production during campaigns and daily operation management
Ensure database from all digital marketing campaigns is well managed in Data Middle End for precise targeting marketing activities.
Support on other digital projects assigned by liner manager to drive Total MS China digital transformation.
Collaborating with affiliates communication and marketing teams to enhance campaign reporting and performance measurement and conduct detailed analysis work when required.
Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, or Digital related disciplines.
Rich knowledgeable in digital or marketing, 5+ years managerial position in international company
Data-driven thinking and digital projects leading capability are preferred.
Must be motivated, committed and ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
Sound leadership quality, able to lead cross functional teams
Strong project management skill
Well-organized and flexible in the face of changes, with a strong drive for success.
Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in digital software and tools.
