  • It is an impact position and responsible for Teva Market Access activities in China
  • Support GA head for developing, implementing and communicating the company’s market access strategies, engagement activities and policy development across all functional areas including Provincial tendering Reimbursement at National and provincial level Support to sales team for listing in Key Hospital
  • Job Description

  • Understand bidding strategies, negotiation mechanism and access as well as implementation of action plans.
  • Ensure to maintain the stability of price; Gain competitive tendering price in each province.
  • Support to sales team for Key Hospital listing
  • Assistant for central NRDL project, as well as local pilot cities reimbursement practice identification
  • Maintain good cross-functional communications, provide professional advises to support business objectives;
  • Maintain favourable external environment for business development
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Government / or Market Access in Industry
  • Rare Disease Experience would be a plus;
  • Extensive knowledge of national and provincial government policies and stakeholders required
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex policy issues
  • Proficient in English would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be good at strategic thinking and KOL management, project plan and execution.
