What will your job look like
You will follow Company’s process and standard (Instant CSR, Spare parts management, DOA etc.) for efficient field service or remote support.
You will be responsible for installation and preventive maintenance.
Share personal understanding and experience both internally and externally through company sharing session and customer training.
What you will need to succeed
A bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation or related majors
Good English both Oral and written.
Good teamwork spirit.
Great problem-solving skill.
Good sense of business and customer service.
Familiar with computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
