Godoi Consulting in Shanghai is currently seeking an Office Assistant to work with our team
energetic and creative executive administrative assistant that is full of initiative and self-motivation.
Responsibilities : General Office duties,
Deal with customers and local official,
Arrange visa and work permit documentation,
Manage all administrative duties for the office,
Keep files and other company docs in order,
Prepare reports for senior managers
Qualifications & Requirements : Requirements :
Customer service with highly professional, courteous, outgoing, telephone skills.
Ability to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.
must be well organized, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize efficiently.
must be self-motivated to solve problemsStrong Customer Service Instinct,
Self-Confidence in dealing with Clients,
Self-Motivated to Solve Problems, Friendly Disposition, Strong Organizational Skills with Ability to Multi-Task
Computer and typing skills, knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
This is a fulltime position, compensation will be determined based on experience,
Hours : 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm Monday-Friday
