财务项目方案管理负责人 合规运营

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide advice to leadership on operating risks and opportunities to improvement. Bringing to management’s attention any existence of opportunity for fraudulent activity and driving change;
  • Adopt proactively conducting analytical techniques to identify the high risk of filed force expense report and PO travel agency report;
  • Conformity sufficient expense analysis and disclosure to Leadership for high risk expense and trend analysis;Risk based to process enhance checking for filed force meeting ,rehab employee report and po agency report Process external funding operation tracking and refund process to ensure the closed-loop control;
  • Support FCPA audit and focus on the remediation and improvement of control effectiveness;Involve in project enhancement monitoring to make sure the implementation of process & data monitoring enhancement, meanwhile support the mechanism of consequence and communication ;
  • Design FACE (filed force meeting management) system reimbursement process and Satellite review report and visiting meeting model, also co-work with local & Global BT in updating Veeva / Ariba system to further improve team’s effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Working with compliance operation team in updating automatically report to further improve team’s effectiveness and efficiency and any needed data analysis;
  • Cross function work with Compliance / GCO / Legal / Business department for digital channel implementation to decrease compliance risk and optimize business process;
  • Enhance efficiency while not sacrifice control, meanwhile increase cross departmental communication channels with each BG’s contact person and support multiple communication to help business to identify the change and any risk or red flag;
  • Lead the team to provide Finance / Compliance training to company-wide requestors on policy & SOP and system operation requirement on routine or ad-hoc basis

    People management and culture

  • Working as team leader to set up team working KPI;Continue focus on enhancement of team’s monitoring quality and professional skill and ensure team performed with standard working instruction;
  • Maintain sufficient and efficient training program for new staffs to ensuring the same working standard, teams positioning, responsibility and accountability;
  • ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

    Externally with commercial Sales / Marketing Directors, Compliance / Investigation, GFS, corporate Audit, Legal and GCO.

    Internally with functional Finance team to ensure team alignment.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or the related degree ;At least 5 years relevant working experience related to Finance, Compliance Forensic or Audit;
  • High standards of ethics, good judgement and objective ;Good and strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills ;
  • People management (remote management) experience desired ;Strong leadership, collaboration skills & able to work with all levels of staff;
  • Experience with pharmaceutical company preferred ;Proficient in English both verbal and written
