Role Responsibilities :
Deep understanding of the multifaceted business, responsible for constructing and maintaining KPIs in terms of client acquisition, sales, leads and more.
Strategy direction setting and implementation of methods to increase customer acquisition and retention
Product line sales performance measurements, tracking, issue handling and making improvements
Communicate effectively with overseas sales and marketing teams, using data to drive business development, tailoring strategies and management for sales teams
Role Requirements :
A Bachelor’s degree in statistics or a related field
Fluency in Mandarin
3 years + experience in a BI / operations management / digital product management role, MOT analytics
Results driven, can work under pressure, can hit the ground running, self-driven, team player
Knowledge and experience using SQL, preference of experience in Hadoop / Hive
Willing and able to be based in China and periodically travel abroad for business purposes
