To support T&E Manager to translate findings of (pre-) clinical research activities and IIS and NIS activities about Implant procedure into clear messages for internal staff training, customer education and promotional activities
To build a differentiated and premium implant training program for Straumann China.
To plan, organize and be an instructor of implant training course to customers
Be the main contact and source of know how for product and clinical knowledge of implant procedure in China; answering the questions from inside, dealer and clients
Support of Development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Speakers
To support T&E manager and T&E coordinator to build up KOL / speaker network for clinical training and marketing event.
To support T&E manager and T&E coordinator to maintain the relationship with KOLs / speakers
To build up network of surgical consultant who is good to do on-site guidance for Straumann China Flagship Concept Clinic, Straumann new clients.
To assist T&E manager and T&E coordinator to support ITI China section’s activity.
Education / Professional Experience
Dental degree / diploma
Having dentist lenience
Familiar with implant procedure
Familiar with implant society
Familiar with implant / dental KOLs
Having training experience
Having experience to organize seminar, training or similar event.
Having more than 5 years implantation experience is a plus
Personal / Leadership Competencies
Good communication internally and externally
Good English and Mandarin
Interpersonal and presentation skills
Well-organized and structured person
Comfortable to interact with different customer segments (Internal and external : KOLs, Dental Practitioners)
