Providing overall support in HR matters during the employee life-cycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, payroll, training, the exit process and general HR administration.
You are responsible for
Liaise with functional CoE including Rewards, Learning and training, Talent Acquisition, employee relation team to be familiar with all related HR Policy and Process
Assist Team leader to drive teams excellence and quality
Drive the communication with BHRs, employee and Line Manger as the first point of line to provide most updated HR policy information and collect their feedback to improve
Assist with HR projects as required at country, China, Japan and HK.
Respond to general queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure confidentiality of all A&P related information. Ensure that all sensitive information is locked away and that a password-
protected screen-saver used on the computerKeep up to date on new legislation
