Assist to manage and implement recruitment plan across all business functions
Capable to handle Employer branding and recruitment activities independently
Partner with HR BP and support on daily recruitment
Make tactical recruitment strategy to achieve China recruitment target and KPI
Develop and manage effective recruiting channel, platform or vendors including job boards, search firms, internal referrals, internets, social media, direct hire, etc.
Manage vendors to work in a collaborative and high efficient way
Manager recruitment operation effectiveness regarding sourcing channels, cost per hire, hiring quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and candidate good experience.
Build talent database based on identified critical jobs and talents to feed potential workforce shortage
Provide training and mentor to line managers, recruiters in all recruitment process, assessment and selection skills
Act as a consulting and advising manager with regard to recruitment related inquiries
Take initiative to drive recruitment process and toolkit optimization and development
Market intelligence and drive continuous improvement
Promote best employer campaign, aim to increase employer brand exposure and enhance reputation on China talent market
Manage social media campaign and Ad hoc recruitment projects
Candidate Profile : BA / BS degree
BA / BS degree
At least 7-10 years recruitment related working experience in MNC company
Strong in both strategic thinking and hands-on daily recruitment as well as recruitment projects implementation
Good knowledge of China recruitment sourcing channels, service suppliers and recruitment toolkits
Good knowledge on China labour legislation
Be efficient in interpersonal skill and strong on cross function communication and cooperation
Excellent English language skills- written, spoken and reading
Good sense of interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels
Good IT and Microsoft office skills
