Public Relations

  • Assist all press events and functions as well as communications tools
  • Manage local press sample lending to external parties
  • Manage press rack rotation between China and other regional markets including customs follow-up
  • Manage all lending of public relations materials and information releases to both internal (stores) and external parties
  • Prepare news releases and text translations
  • Manage monthly press coverage performance reporting; To collate and report on PR information in media
  • sources as well as other PR actions by competitors

  • Maintain a library of publicity and promotional materials, gifts, audio / visual materials, etc.
  • Develop strong relations with the media and social communities
  • Communication

  • Assist planning and implementation of activities aimed at increasing customer base & sales
  • Assist all VIP / customer functions
  • Manage production of printed materials including DM and other promotional materials
  • Manage ordering and distribution of printed sales tools to stores
  • Owned Social Media Management :

  • Take responsibility of brand owned social platform's content plan & technical operation and development with focus on acquisition and retention through engagement, consistent and effective corporate and product communication;
  • Respect the luxury image of the brand, adapt the global social media calendar with local market's agenda, and identify the creative needs for interactive content development;
  • Manage the content & design validation with HQ on time for all designated social media platforms and ensure the consistency of messages across multiple networks;
  • Maintain daily activities to monitor the follower-imitated conversations and inquiries; coordinate with relative functions with appropriate reaction.
