You’ll be based in Shanghai and will work as part of our newly established group, Business Development Accelerator (BDA).
The mission of this group is to help business leaders build transformative businesses, including new business prototyping and launching, sales / partnership searching, etc.
BDA works with companies that are facing critical transformative moment and need executional and operational level assistance, including but not limited to MNCs, conglomerates as well as segment leaders.
BDA leverages a broad base talent network with highly-relevant experience to deliver function-specific expertise such as partner securing, regulatory relationship building, etc.
Exclusively devoted to accomplishing challenging and complex transformations, BDA provides incremental business impact to what typical management consulting firms do, by performing executional implementation support.

You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and forging strong business relationship for clients.
In this role you’ll conduct market / customer research and analysis and keep abreast with industry and market trends to develop business proposals.
You will meet with customers face to face to understand their needs and will respond effectively with a preliminary suggestion.
You will analyze potential business impact for different business development initiatives and prioritize working arrangements accordingly.
You’ll work closely with clients, external consultants and internal departments on matters related to all new contracts. Also, prepare drafts of documents and execute all contracts in accordance to negotiated agreement within the framework of policies and procedures.
You’ll need to provide close and constant follow-up, as well as updates to the client management team on potential leads to help with business development.
Lastly, you’ll need to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, government authorities and other stakeholders.
