You are responsible for
As retain & recruit portfolio business owner, he / she will be fully in charge of long term / short term business & marketing plan, P&L as well as activation.
Responsible for retain & recruit shaving portfolio GC plan and P&L
Owns and defines retain & recruit shaving strategy and communication plan
Define and implement clear channel strategies for the BMC partnership with Sales team. Drive E2E efficiency to enable growth
Lead low-end shaving campaign and activation development, and track / optimization
Owns category activation budget for the category (A&P / Margin)
Drive channel account team planning and execution
Determine coming goods and inventory, to have a good phase-in and out plan and make sure a reasonable inventory level.
Responsible for KPIs in terms of sales turnover, brand position, NPS, market share, and also achieve other financial indicators, including IGM, ISM, etc.
Manage & coach and improve capability of his / her MM & activation team
You are a part of
The Male grooming marketing team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to BMC Leader and collaborate with many other teams including, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Finance etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing role with a proven track record on delivering top- and bottom-line business results.
University degree with Business / Strategic Marketing direction.
Ability to understand and manage a full Profit & Loss account.
A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker.
An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners.
An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks / priorities and stress resistant.
Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically;
Experience with marketing activation, and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights. Is able to demonstrate understanding of digital landscape and multi-channel environment.
Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others;
At least 3 years of proven track record in leading and developing teams
Excellent fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English.
