Position Description

  • Assume active role in implementing the company strategy and developing Customer Care initiatives.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction to the highest standard, while maintaining set service levels. Resolve all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify any potential shortcomings in the service provided and present solutions.

  • Ensure effective communication throughout the organization. Maintain and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Work effectively in a team and contribute to the success of business / team objectives.
  • Manage, maintain, and process all tasks in an accurate, timely, and presentable manner following procedures when required.
  • Position Requirements

  • Min College or Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 3 years' working experience in Order Processing & Customer Care roles.
  • Good Mandarin oral & written proficiency.
  • Basic English oral & written proficiency.
  • Good MS Excel & Word skills.
  • SAP experience will be a plus.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Excellent telephone & communication skills.
  • Team Player.
