Customer Service Specialist

Your role :

1.Manage distributors, ensure the distributor adding and updateing process strictly following the GSP requirement and SOP.

2.Keep good customer(internal and external) relationship, collect customer feedback, deal with customer complicance, coordinate with internal department, provide professional service to customers and imporve customer satisfaction.

3.Assist to control distributors' credit, reduce the credit risk.

4.Manage SNO Contracts, ensure the contracts strictly following the GSP requirement and Merck Policy.

5.Assist to manage EFS price pay close attentention to price factors, ensure the price change be implenmented on time.

6.SAP O2C KU strongly support O2C process.

7.Coordinate SNO quality affairs and training affairs.

8.Support SNO other team to ensure the products upstream and downstream supply run smoothly.

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree or above, finance or supply chain background perferred.
  • Business-fluent English skills
