Job Description

  • This position reports to the Premium Import Marketing Director, GM China;
  • Support development and implementation of the brand business plan;
  • Support development and implementation of innovative GTM practices and processes of the new direct sales business model;
  • Elevate and establish new standards of luxury expertise;
  • Champion performance and KPI led marketing practices;
  • Advocate customer voice in all activities, ensure thorough and effective insights;
  • Execute flawlessly : campaigns, product launches, brand platforms;
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusivity and partnership.

    Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • Proven record in market disruption;
  • Native understanding of digital ecosystems including commerce, social, CRM, KOL, marketing;
  • Intimate understanding of luxury business, luxury lifestyles and high net worth customers;
  • Excellent product and strategic marketing knowledge with experience in brand building;
  • Hands on operational experience with marketing management.
  • Both Chinese and English as working language
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Ability to work in a start-up environment where personal initiative and independence is paramount for success;
  • Ability to concept new processes that disrupt conventional practices;
