Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing office facilities, office renovation and relocation projects and lease renewal for office premises.
Oversee the procurement and tendering process of office supplies, furniture, equipment and inventory maintaining system.
Manage all-rounded general administration service including reception, mailing, housekeeping, printing matters, travel desk and deliverables in compliance with the statutory regulations, Company internal policies and guidelines etc
Develop and implement corporate administration policies and procedures and keep reviewing and updating if necessary.
Organise company events and functions such as annual dinner, Christmas parties, guest visit etc.
Perform budget planning and control, prepare regular reports and analysis to ensure a ration resources allocation.
Liaise with Building management offices and relevant parties in the areas of maintenance, building facilities and general services.
Participate in ad-hoc project as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required :
Degree or above in Business Administration, or related discipline
At least 10 years of relevant experiences from sizable companies in which at least 5 years at supervisory role in leading a team with subordinates in different functions of the department
Solid experience in handling renovation, interior fitting out work, office relocation and facility management.
With good technology sense in Audio & Video, telephone system, printing out solution and video surveillance systems is an advantage.
Good understanding of business support and establish rapport with all levels of people with strong business sense
Strong negotiation, communication and supervisory skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
