Role Summary :

The lead service specialist will beresponsible for growing service agreement for installed base customers byworking with service & sales team to customize service offering and drivecommercial results.

The lead servicespecialist will need to work closely with internal team and customers to ensuresuccessful SSA execution, renewal and scope extension.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Workwith service and product line team to create standard / customized serviceofferings for customers, and drive service agreements coverage and penetration.
  • Developstrong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer andall internal organizations creating one BHGE for the customer.
  • Workwith internal team to understand and communicate commits and status tocustomers.
  • Manageservice agreements and lead service delivery that continuously surpassescustomer expectations. Support report,forecasting, billing and collection activities.
  • Mayalso engage in sales activities for assigned customers.
  • Leadingprocess improvement efforts to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Proactivelyidentify customer needs, develop and implement customer specific solutions.
  • Supportother service growth efforts and operation excellence.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited university or college
  • StrongEnglish language skills in both written and speaking as mandatory requirement.
  • 3+years direct experience in a customer facing position.
