The Recruiting Professional will be responsible for being an expert in managing and delivering the full life cycle of recruitment solutions to achieve business and recruitment objectives to develop Sartorius as an employer of choice.
The goal is to proactively partner with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. global and local HR partners, to ensure effective talent acquisition delivery in adherence with regional needs.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks :
Develop and implement robust and delivery focussed recruitment solutions
Work closely with the Manager of Employer Branding and Recruitment to turn strategy into operational reality
Evolve recruitment processes in line with industry best practice, allied to business demand
Develop and implement a direct sourcing led recruitment approach
Assess and test talent acquisition solutions and integrate into operating model, for example social sourcing, talent pooling
Effectively manage and develop collaboration in a team of recruitment specialists
Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications & Skills :
Academic degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
At least 5 years recruitment experience in house and / or agency
Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment trends, tools and best practice
Experience of working collaboratively within global teams and in project management
High level of stakeholder management
Fluency in English
