工作职责 :

  • 根据客户的会议预订系统规定指南 管理审批会议室申请的使用
  • 实际记录会议室的使用情况并提交定期报告
  • 根据会议要求 安排会务接待做好会场布置工作及会前各项准备工作
  • 安排会务接待员的日常工作 并规范监督会务接待工作达到服务要求
  • 解决各类突发事件 处理投诉 沟通并及时向上汇报
  • 确保会议室的设备设施的正常运行
  • 确保定期的客户满意度考核达到要求
  • 支援会务接待工作 确保会务工作顺利开展
  • 上司安排的其它工作
