Your Tasks as a SAP Functional Analyst HR Module will include the following :
As a level 4 support to provide service to internal customer in HR module.
Assess and give proposal for HR related SAP demands.
Delivery HR domain projects or changes.
Investigate, build and promote SAP best practice of HR within ABB China or globally.
Build and deliver trainings to HR users.
Ideally you will have 4 to 6 years of SAP work experience out of which minimum of 3 years’ experience as internal or external HR functional consultant, implemented 2 full cycle SAP HR projects at least.
Excellent knowledge of SAP HR modules, including OM / PA, TM (including time evaluation), PY and portal.
Excellent Ability to communicate effectively with business users in different countries, especially have good knowledge and experience of Japan and Korea country HR business, including specific PY business process and YEA.
Good knowledge of HR interface, enhancement and development including portal.
Good experience of CATs module, can handle different factory requirement and do quick data checking.
Excellent ability to handle parallel multi-tasks, can implement project and support daily operation in parallel.
Display energetic and self-motivated approach with a disciplined and professional approach to all tasks.
Working or project experience in international / European companies a plus.
Fluent oral and written skills in English.
