Key Account Services Manager, Laser Technology

Your role

  • Investigate the market requirement and competition, define the suitable services products and price strategy together with relative parties
  • Collect customer demands / expectations, communicate them internally and track the status
  • Support the marketing activities of services project
  • Coordinate customer projects together with the involved departments and subsidiaries
  • Contact for the Key Account, active sales of services products and negotiation of frame contracts
  • Precise analysis, implementation and follow-up of the Key Account strategy
  • Support the sales activities through other channel, eg. technical service, order process, machine sales, etc.
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor / Master Degree with technical background
  • More than 5 years experience with product management or sales of industrial machine
  • With good knowledge or skills in Laser technology, Laser service, customer orientation, Project management, Sales Management
  • Team spirit, hardworking and frequent travels
  • Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
