JOB PURPOSE :
Key control point of finance related process, system / solution and data integrity.
Responsible of Finance related system / project implementation, optimization, and key data from finance side.
Drive the Continue improvement on finance systems and processes to contribute the Sanofi China 2030 goal.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY :
Support the Head of Finance Strategy System / Project with the longer term strategic plan for Financial Strategic Systems and Projects Team, adopting best practice and systems from concept through to implementation.
Apply process improvement techniques to identify improvements relating to systems, process and make recommendations back to the impacted team.
Drive the project management expertise to the functional teams to implement process improvements approved through to completion.
This includes, but is not limited to, project plan development, stakeholder analysis and management, change plans, communication plans, risk register maintenance and project spend management to approved spend.
Drive the process improvement expertise to encourage a process improvement mindset within the finance team and establish a framework to capture proposed improvements and measure the success of those completed.
Lead the finance system / project implementation and enhancement act as project coordinator / manager, being responsible for assisting requirement definition, key finance data collection, UAT results confirmation, user manual and training deployment.
Business as usual maintenance, provide finance consultation to ITS system support team (Tier 2) to help on fixing issues / problems.
Monitor finance system operation (including data) to ensure accuracy and continuously.
Responsible on internal and external audit of finance system. (E&Y, CLC, SOX, GxP, etc.)
Accomplish other miscellaneous tasks from the project / BAU.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor degree in ITS, business admin, Finance, Accounting or related, CET6
Experience & knowledge :
Minimum of 5 years of solid working experience on related area and at least 2 year experience of project implementation in MNC.
Knowledge of ERP, finance, and other operational systems, such as T&E solutions, budget management. VBA, Macro and / or SQL based knowledge will be good.
Familiar with operating process of key finance and business functions with Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience prefer
