DUTIES

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Culinary
  • Willing to work long hours and under pressure;
  • Chinese speaking, reading and writing is essential;
  • Creative and open-minded thinking;
  • Ensure food and service quality and stay highly engagement with hotel colleagues
  • Ability to cooperate with other departments
