YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To closely cooperate with field force, understand customer business pain points and collect needs, to design and execute O2O activities to both enhance Bayer O2O sales opportunity and empower customer O2O operation capability with excellent resource integration;
  • Negotiate with customer to win over resources to benefit O2O and offline business synergy.

  • To collaborate with marketing team to design O2O advertising campaign plan to maximize Bayer core brands exposure and consumer education and also work with content bay to deal with operational content with higher efficiency.
  • Build strategic partnership with vital O2O platforms to maximize Bayer operation resource to both optimize customer O2O business and Bayer brand exposure and O2O sales conversion;
  • Explore groundbreaking way to lead MNC O2O practice.

  • For campaign, Execute and supervise O2O activities, analyze and review post report on traffic, conversion, sales result ,consumer recruitment etc with data driven to draw learnings and optimization suggestions.
  • For always-on operation, To collect, analyze O2O data (traffic, consumer, operation, sales data etc), to gain valid learnings / messages to guide O2O strategy or operation optimization.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • More than 3 years work experience
  • New retail platform or EC / O2O operation background
  • Mature customer service / sales experience
  • Sensitive to business data
