The permanent mission of this position is to be the ProductChampion for the Medium Offer (contactor, overload relay, motor protectioncircuit breaker) globally and work with various local marketing functions inorder to successfully deliver the appropriate product or application for theappropriate market.


  • Management of product offer lifecycle through monitoring of alternative offer developments and technologies
  • Identify and investigate new market and customer opportunities, and develop the offer to meet this need
  • Manage the offer roadmap in line with the needs of the local markets respecting Line of Business (LOB) overall strategy
  • Offer creation and new product introduction, incorporating technology available within Schneider Electric
  • Adaptation and development of the existing offer
  • Manage Offer rationalization & simplification
  • Secure right product functionality for different target channels and segments
  • Production of an annual development plan for renewal of existing offers or development of new offers in conjunction with OCP functions.
  • Actions to address any products failing to meet desired sales and / or margin expectations
  • Well informed knowledge of the market and ongoing evolution of the offer to respond to changing market conditions
  • Offer Optimization project member, provide substitution plan.
  • Coordinate with Offer Manager counter part of other lines, synchronize roadmaps.
  • Price Positioning

    Be responsible for monitoring cost and margin performance of MoMa Medium offer, liaising with the local marketing teams in line with consolidated margin requirements.

    Define price positioning of new offers

  • Optimize profitability of the product offer.
  • Benchmarking report of average market prices and positioning of Schneider Electric offer.
  • Business case (Marketing deliverable PMP)
  • Customer and Channel

    Work with the local marketing teams to understand the behavior and expectation of each customer channel and segment.

  • Anticipate and satisfy Customer needs profitably
  • Reporting

    Develop measures and reporting mechanisms for all areas of responsibility

  • Well briefed with business mining to management team
  • Qualifications

    Qualificationsand skills

  • Knowledge of practical marketingcommercial and industrial products
  • Knowledge of strategy and planning
  • Sound commercial experience
  • Knowledge of commercial and industrialapplications, electrical and electronic
  • Knowledge of complex products and theirapplications
  • Degree or equivalent inElectrical Engineering or Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years sales and / ormarketing experience,
  • Dynamic, self motivated individual whois a team player
  • Results driven, diligent and resolute
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and influencingskills.
  • Independent. Able to develop and managepersonal work plans.
  • Working knowledge of appropriate PCapplications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
