Your Opportunity

Regional Product Support Engineer is part of Product Support Team. The job is mainly taking place in back office, to support internal and external customers for technical issues.

Your Mission

  • Execute troubleshooting for issues escalated from field for all filler equipment and associated trade equipment concerning mechanical platform;
  • apply RCA methodology, driving data collection and preventive / corrective action; to keep GC technical fire map under control

  • Secure NC and warranty cost management on SINCRO tool;
  • Provide daily telephone & email support for mechanical issues to internal and external customers, example :
  • Support FSE during projects and service site execution on mechanical side;
  • Be part of hotline service, in case of availability;
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities;
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor’sdegree in engineering (or above)
  • Englishreading, writing, communication is a must
  • Mechanical fundaments (mechanism, pneumatic,hydraulic.. );
  • Customer Oriented;
  • Problem Solving attitude;
  • Ability to travel (less than 50%)
  • Knowledgeof Sidel Portfolio is a plus
