The Marketing Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated professional to support and accelerate loyalty program analytics and enhanced customer personalization, with an emphasis on the A&F Club and Hollister Club Cali loyalty programs in China.
This position will play a key role in analyzing customer and loyalty data and personalization campaigns, including transactional, demographic, behavioral, and market basket data, and transforming them into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations to drive customer value, engagement and retention.
What will you be doing?
Analyze customer file, loyalty program performance and personalization campaigns and tests to develop insights and recommendations to drive business strategy and marketing effectiveness
Support implementation of China loyalty growth strategies based on transactional data, behavioral analytics and customer insights in order to identify and leverage opportunities to increase our share of wallet and member base
Drive effective discussions with China marketing team and technology vendors to support local marketing strategy and data needs
Support test and learn through analysis of personalization initiatives and partner with brand marketing teams to identify opportunities to drive the learning agenda
Establish and track ongoing success metrics for various customer marketing and loyalty initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets
Identify and implement best practices to drive spend growth and retention through loyalty programs and other marketing initiatives across all marketing channels
Collaborate with cross functional and vendor teams to support system and process improvements and ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery;
including database targeting & data quality, legal, accounting, etc.
Produce monthly customer scorecards to report on KPIs, identify ongoing trends, diagnose drivers for growth / decline and recommend opportunities for improvement
Communicate and present findings and conclusions to stakeholders in non-technical language
What will you need to bring?
3+ years of customer marketing database experience with a successful track record, either in-house or at an agency / consultancy
Bachelor's degree is required, preferable with marketing, business, or analytics focus
Proficient in SQL, with basic knowledge of SAS
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, turning insights into actionable recommendations
Results driven, strong capability of dealing with ambiguity and bias for action
Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
