  • What you can contribute?

  • Project management of specialty care pipeline projects, work with NPP managers / portfolio lead on project status monthly update including timeline change, risk alert and mitigation plan consolidation;
  • prepare quarterly portfolio update report for senior management team review;
  • Responsible for TA competitor landscape tracking system maintenance and update, work with NPP managers / portfolio lead on competitors list update for each TA twice a year, monthly update on tracking competitors' status change and quarterly update on TA competitor landscape report
  • Responsible for industry landscape in focused TAs, tracking key player's portfolio update, sales performance, key news & activities
  • Provide industry benchmark analysis and case studies focus on new product development, commercial launch and market access to support portfolio development excellence and accelerate new product launch in China
  • Build and maintain NPP team share point to ensure all important documents are well managed and recorded
  • Manage team database and organize training program to ensure NPP team well understood and utilize all database resource
  • Support Head of Strategic Portfolio Development on budget planning & tracking, PFR / LRP / BP process, and global visit coordination
  • Support Head of Strategic Portfolio Development on team learning activities and cross functional exchange meetings to improve team capabilities
  • Support portfolio lead on portfolio strategy development and pipeline prioritization
  • Support 1-2 business cases development each year
  • What you should have?

  • Minimum bachelor degree, master would be plus
  • Major in medical science, business administration, and finance & accounting are preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing, and / or consulting or research role in health care is must
  • Experience in specialty care including immunology, oncology, rare disease, rare blood disorder, neuroscience would be plus
  • Be able to work on multiple tasks
  • Strong data search & analytical & PowerPoint skills, ability on project tracking and management
  • Strong communication & presentation skill to effectively present to senior management in English and Chinese
  • Quick learner. Be able to obtain insights and key points for new molecules or new MOAs quickly
  • Be able to drive results, proactively seeks to improve processes and implement best in class solutions
