As a Digital Technical Promoter you will be responsible for promotion of products / application solution / services within auto industry & transport infrastructure market in accordance with strategy, in Electrification Business Area in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Wuhan, Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Technical Promotion Manager, you will establish long term customer relationships, identify and develop key account and key projects, based on technical knowledge and segment expertise.
Aligning with company’s segment development Goals and Objectives, taking the strengths of ABB products, developing differentiated and prospective ABB technical solution architecture in specified segment
Increasing the win rate when promoting segment key accounts and projects and responsible for overall segment sales performance
Leveraging products and application knowledge, segment experience, promotional tools, implementing effective marketing activities towards segment key accounts and critical projects independently or with sales managers
Being accountable for sales target of strategically important key products, digital products and solutions which identified by company
Being responsible for segment promote tools, including segment PPT, Video, Tender template, answering of highly frequent questions, etc.
Participating in designing and updating of segment catalogue and pamphlet, updating selection guide, attending specified segment marketing activities
Abiding by the company’s code of conduct and administrative guides for behaviors of daily work and other activities, pursuing the excellent results of targeted KPI’s.
Learning new product knowledge, training and promoting new products to customers, and creating successful application cases
Supporting sales team to achieve segment key account budget of Electrification (EL) products, achieving segment ABB Ability budget, special products budget and EVCI budget
5 years of sales or marketing experience in related industries, strong technical competency with segment capability & knowhow
Strong learning ability, PPT, Excel, CAD skills, customer orientation and result driving, strong sense of accountability and personal integrity
Be passionate to technical promotional work, to be resourceful and good at innovative solutions and steadily get ready to face challenges
A Bachelor or master’s degree, Major in electrical automation or subjects related
Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork
Accepting up to 30% working days for business trip
