Job Description

  • This is a commissioned sales management position leading PSG China Sales team and resides in the PRC SMG organization. Primary responsibilities include achieving revenue targets through leading PSG sales and related PSG China supporting team;
  • Develop regional business goals and growing strategies; Maintain intimacy customer relationship for PSG products. The leader is expected to develop a high performing team and build trust collaboration with BU factory stakeholders.

    A Successful Candidate will demonstrate :

    1) Strategic thinking and planning, and the ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    2) A growth and Challenge Sales Mindset. Experience in leading sales team and managing a cross-team to achieve country goals.

    3) Excellent Skills in articulation and influence, and Conflict management.

    4) Develop China business plan, and LRP planning, resource prioritization.

    5) Accountability and a trust- worthy, execute WW PSG BU goals with discipline.

    6) Knowledge of Intel strategy, and corporate direction, culture value.

    7) Know PSG BU and products / solution is a plus.

    Qualifications

    15 years of sales and / or marketing experience.

    10 years of people management experience.

    Ability to travel 35%.
