What will be your role?
Organize and administrate the learning & training & talent development program according to business and people development plans.
Manage 3DEXPERIENCE Universty administration for Asia program-sesion creation, attendance, feedback, effectiveness analysis
Promote to targeted audiences learning & training plan, talent development plan
Orchestrate learning resources & training center : mobilize resources, organize training, supervise trainer's work
Ensure traceability of training courses and individual curriculums in the 3DEXPERIENCE University
Support & animate Learners communities (Passion to Learn, Mooc Communities )
Manage internal & external learning reports
Support Certification program in Asia level
Update Ethics & Compliance training status and communication with employees & managers
Research market new trends and learning intervention in Asia level.
