Primary Responsibilities / Duties

The role of this position is to support IIT business growth by identifying opportunities and growth drivers, building up market development & sales acceleration plan, formulating and driving the business case & strategy for tackling target segments.

The role will handle product lines of process tool (pressure and temperature calibrators) & mech / alignment. The engineering, process industry and multi-national corporation background are preferred, but not a mandatory.

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives, such as national promotional campaigns, field events and channel programs that are in line with IIT strategy.
  • Work with RD team on new product development, product pricing, promotional budget, and forecast.
  • Apply daily management tools to track product performance, do sales analysis and propose corrective actions.
  • Work with sales force and cross-functional team, give clear market direction and guideline to the sales team and distributors.
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to build word-of-mouth. Monitor ROI of marketing vehicles and continuously improve effectiveness of leads gen and GTM.
  • Enhance IIT presence at Fluke website and E-platform. Develop collaborative relationship with main e-commerce players to drive growth.
  • Qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or business development functions, with proven track records in handling whole product life cycle, segment development and NPI.
  • Relevant industrial experiences preferred.
  • Professional communication & strong influencing skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, quick learner.
  • Well-developed planning, execution and resource allocation skills.
  • Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • University degree (minimum).
