As a PC direct sales you will To achieve the sales target of Protective Coating (PC) business under the PC China sales strategy and guidelines and the segment operational plans in South Area, including Guang xi / Guangdong / Hainan.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Working in home base
  • To optimal manage receivables and customer risk in line with guidelines and budget.
  • To support Field Technical Service to deal with complaints and claims arising from customers.
  • To maintain and develop contacts with current and potential customers and influential organizations in the PC business.
  • Manage to develop business in specific market segments (Power / Infrastructure) according to guideline set in the sales plan.
  • To execute and supervise the plan, budget, important metric and action plan in such a way that the forecasted sales are achieved.
  • Qualifications :

  • Can work individual under pressure!
  • Native mandarin and fluent English.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales experience in industry products selling, experience in coating
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (chemical or commercial background)
