Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders who are located globally.
Work closely with Global IT application team and contribute to the implementation, transformation and operation of our single instance global enterprise applications built on primarily on the SAP S / 4 and SFDC platforms to meet and business needs.
Provide daily supports to users to achieve defined IT service delivery quality and cross-functional operational efficiency target.
Proactively investigate and deep understanding of business requirements, process and application system to improve the processes.
Monitor system performance and ensure that our level of service is in line with users expectations.
Ensure application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete.
Build and maintain the IT application support knowledge base to ensure business continuity.
Continuously optimize IT application service improvement plans to improve productivity of support works.
Proactively identify improvement areas including application and IT process, contribute to enhancement.
Here’s what we’ll need from you :
Bachelor’ degree in IT / Business Administration or relevant fields.
Over 5 years working experience in IT application and system operations in a global organization.
Experiences in one or more modules of SAP ERP is a must.
Experiences in SFDC CRM implementation and support is preferred.
Experiences within the regulated medical device industry and understanding of the unique regulated requirements is preferred.
Strong Knowledge of application support methodology.
Experience in documenting requirements and technical specifications.
Customer centric mindset, autonomous and performance driven; and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communicator able to work at all levels
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in different countries and cultures.
Occasional domestic and international travel is required
Bilingual with Mandarin and English is a must.
